You send us your enquiry by mail or email with all the details concerning your print motif, the number of pieces and delivery deadline and provide data ready for production.

You receive our offer on your enquiry.

We recommend ordering a sample that will be made before serial production. 

In accordance with your ideas, on request we create a layout for you at short notice, and we send a galley proof for production release.

If you order a sample, you will confirm our offer and release the galley proof. You will then receive a confirmation of the sample production by email, delivery date and address included. We will manufacture the sample within 5 business days after confirming the order, and we eill send it to you for production release.

You release the galley proof or sample by signing the respective form and confirm our offer (if it has not been done yet). We will make some small final changes if necessary, and we will start production.

We deliver your cups and awards 10 to 15 business days after confirmation of order – in customized gift packaging on request.
